Paul T. Zeniewicz, Esq.
Paul T. Zeniewicz has been zealously advocating on behalf of small businesses, injured persons, and homeowners for his entire legal career. Mr. Zeniewicz has a wide range of experience in litigating insurance claims on behalf of injured parties. He has handled thousands of insurance claims from pre-suit mediation to trial and through appeal.
Mr. Zeniewicz grew up in Detroit, Michigan, where he learned the value of hard work. Later, he moved to Tampa, Florida to attend the University of South Florida. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2006. After working as an auditor for one of the world’s largest banks, Mr. Zeniewicz decided to pursue his dream to become a lawyer. In 2008, he moved to Orlando, Florida, where he attended the Florida A&M University College of Law. Mr. Zeniewicz graduated cum laude in 2011 with a Juris Doctor degree.
Mr. Zeniewicz has gained a reputation as a trailblazing attorney who passionately represents his clients. His opinions and commentaries have been featured in various print and radio publications, including the Orlando Sentinel, the Tampa Tribune, IAQ Radio (Indoor Air Quality Radio), and the Restoration Industry Association Magazine.
Mr. Zeniewicz is licensed to practice law in all Florida state courts and the Northern, Southern, and Middle District(s) of the United States Circuit Court. He is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, and the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association.

In June 2021, Mr. Zeniewicz was named one of Florida's Legal Leaders by Florida Trend. PZ Law Firm was honored to receive the John R. Hamilton Award from the Legal Aid Society of the OCBA in January 2020 for a commitment to strong representation, a high percentage of attorney participation within the firm, and innovative forms of representation to indigent and poor clients. From 2016 to 2022, Mr. Zeniewicz has been recognized as a Super Lawyer – Rising Star, an honor limited to less than 2.5% of attorneys practicing in Florida.
Over the years, Mr. Zeniewicz has volunteered extensively throughout the local community. Specifically, Mr. Zeniewicz has volunteered with the Orange County Public Schools, the Special Olympics, and Junior Achievement. Presently, Mr. Zeniewicz is a volunteer Guardian Ad Litem attorney for Orange County Legal Aid and sits on the Board of Directors for Primrose Center. In his free time, Mr. Zeniewicz is a die-hard Detroit sports fan.

Paul Zeniewicz
Craig D. Rolle, Esq.
Craig D. Rolle is a senior associate attorney at PZ Law Firm, P.A. Mr. Rolle currently maintains a first-party property and casualty practice, representing small businesses and homeowners throughout the State of Florida.
Mr. Rolle grew up in the Northeast United States, where he acquired most of his secondary education. He attended The College of Wooster (in Ohio) where he attained a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and graduated with honors. Later on, Mr. Rolle received his Juris Doctor from Barry Law School in Orlando.
After becoming a lawyer, Mr. Rolle cut his teeth as an Assistant Public Defender in the 20th Judicial Circuit, Florida. There, he took part in over thirty-five jury trials and over forty bench trials. Subsequently, Mr. Rolle took a position defending insurance companies in various areas of law. As an insurance defense attorney, Mr. Rolle witnessed first-hand the way insurance companies treat their policyholders.

Ashley Martinez
Ashley Martinez is PZ Law Firm’s Renaissance woman. She presently acts as the office manager, Mr. Zeniewicz’s paralegal, and the firm’s all-around go-to person. More specifically, Mrs. Martinez provides administrative support and assists with cases at our busy downtown office.
Mrs. Martinez studied and received her paralegal degree at Seminole State College. She returns regularly to the school, as she volunteers her time as a mentor to paralegal students. Moreover, she presently sits on the advisory board for program managers at the Seminole State College.
Mrs. Martinez is a driven litigation paralegal who has experience with document management and examination, pleading drafting, and trial preparation. During her free time, Mrs. Martinez enjoys spending time with her family and dogs. Feel free to contact Mrs. Martinez directly at info@pzlawfirm.com.
John Lone
John Lone is PZ Law Firm’s BIG fish. Mr. Lone brings of wealth of experience, knowledge, and drive to the firm. Mr. Lone cut his teeth working for one of the largest plaintiffs firms in the United States.
Mr. Lone has always known that he wanted to become an attorney. He was born and raised in Sarasota and moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida to study Legal Studies. Mr. Lone received his bachelor’s degree shortly afterward. In addition, Mr. Lone also holds an associate’s degree in paralegal studies. Presently, Mr. Lone attends Florida A&M University College of Law and will become a practicing attorney in a few years.
During his time at UCF, Mr. Lone served as the UCF Bass Fishing Team President. In his time away from his work and law school, Mr. Lone can be found somewhere on the water, reeling in a big fish.

Melissa Cortez
Melissa Cortez is the warm voice you hear when you call PZ Law firm. She is a polite, friendly and extremely capable legal secretary, with a passion for delivering excellent administrative support.
Mrs. Cortez is a Florida Native who grew up in the Orlando area. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of South Florida (Go Bulls!).
Previously, Mrs. Cortez was responsible for marketing and event planning on a corporate level. Her excellent communication and listening skills allow her to communicate successfully with all clients, face-to-face and over the phone.

Shizi Catzman, Esq.
Shizi Catzman, Esq. is a cattorney-at-paw that occupies various offices at PZ Law Firm, PA. Ms. Catzman is a tuxedo cat with years of experience chasing her tail, knocking things off desks, and interrupting important meetings.
Shizi’s story is a remarkable one. She was found at a Lynx bus stop in Orlando, Florida, the only one in her litter to have survived. A wonderful woman named Cathy saved her life and took her in as a foster. A few months later, PZ Law Firm wanted help with a mouse problem at their new building. The rest became history.
